phpgroup aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within 30 minutes for fully verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are targets and not guarantees; actual processing times may vary during periods of high volume or maintenance.
Full KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal requests will be processed. phpgroup reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity, age, and source-of-funds verification.
phpgroup applies a same-method withdrawal policy wherever possible, meaning withdrawals will be routed to the payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible, phpgroup may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to an alternative method.

phpgroup's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phpgroup reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances of: breach of these Terms; evidence of fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse; Account holder's death; request by a regulatory authority; or where maintenance of the Account would violate applicable law.
A Player may request Account closure at any time by contacting phpgroup Support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of KYC verification.
